Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, Vinciere will provide a prepaid return label.
Processing Time
